With a built-up area of 12,300 m², the structure rises six floors above ground and includes two basement levels for parking and services.
- The layout emphasizes visibility, flexibility, and access to natural light across all units. Orientation was carefully considered to enhance daylight penetration and maximize frontage for tenant spaces.
