Our Journey
1988
Arch. Hussein Assaad established an architectural office, Concept Architects, to complement his work. as an Architecture Instructor at Cairo University.
1996
Concept Architects merged with "Integrated Design Group" into a new entity called "Albonian for Design and Project Management.
2005
A number of highly distinguished staff join Albonian as partners. The company changes name to Albonian Consultant Engineers.
2006
Albonian establishes Libya Branch.
2007
Albonian establishes UAE Branch.
2009
The Architecture Group separates from Albonian with the acquisiton of a new partner. With a new vision, comes a new name: MEDAD Consultant Engineers.
2010
Partnerships with Khashab Khan and Madar Project Management.
2012
Medad Establishes Jeddah Branch, Partnership with Najeeb Alissa Holding Group.
2013
Medad Establishes Riyadh Branch.

Medad Establishes Qatar Branch,

Medad rebrands with a new Logo & Website.

Medad Establishes Kenya Branch, and forms a strategic alliance with Al Raed Group for Engineering Consultancy and Mumg office for electro-mechanical works, as well as a.Partnership with Mayan Handmade Products Trading Co.

Partnership with the office of Eng. Osama Al-Azzouni for Engineering Consulting in Mecca.

Medad El-Omran establishes in KSA, as a branch of Medad.
Medad becomes a shareholder & founder of "Modules"
in the USA

Medad establishes in TEXAS, as a branch of Medad.
