- The architectural designs for the Al-Suwailem Endowment Hotel project in the Al-Aziziyah district – Makkah, Saudi Arabia, where pilgrims gather during the Hajj season, are based on a plot of land with a total area of approximately 465 square meters, and a total actual built-up area of about 3,120 square meters.
- The hotel has been designed to reflect modernity while taking into account the traditional Makkah style by incorporating certain elements of Najdi architecture.
- Despite the building’s modern appearance, attention was paid to ensuring that the openings are suited to the surrounding environment and reflect Makkah’s hot climate.
- The interior design harmonizes with the exterior, maintaining a consistent style with the façades while preserving modernity, using earthy tones to create a psychologically comfortable atmosphere for users.
