Residential Complex Competition in New Capital, Egypt

The main design concept was based on creating a green core that connects the commercial center and the social club, oriented toward the north for optimal environmental direction and enhanced liveliness. The most distinguished and high-value residential units are arranged around this central green space.
The commercial center and mosque are strategically located at the project’s most prominent corners, serving both the internal community and the surrounding area, with all necessary security measures and checkpoints in place.
The social club is positioned at the southern edge of the site—the highest point according to the land’s topography—to maximize the benefit of the site’s best view, overlooking the green heart and oriented northward.
