Qordoba Compound

  • The Qurtoba Residential Compound is located in the heart of Riyadh, the capital of Saudi Arabia.
    It is a small residential compound built on a land area of approximately 28,900 square meters, consisting of 21 residential villas.
  • The compound was designed so that the villas form the outer boundary of the development, with their entrances facing the external street. Each villa has its own private garden overlooking the central green core of the project — a main spine that leads to a small health club containing several amenities, including a multipurpose hall, a small swimming pool, and supporting facilities.
  • The club was positioned below the villa level to ensure it does not interfere with the villas or their gardens and to prevent any potential noise disturbance.
    The villas’ façades were given a modern Arabic architectural character to harmonize with the local environment and cultural context.
