On a plot of land with an area of approximately 6,000 square meters in the Green Revolution district of Sheikh Zayed City, this distinctive villa was designed in both form and concept. The main challenge was how to orient the villa towards the north to enjoy natural ventilation for most of the year, despite the fact that the northern side is the entrance to the plot, which conflicts with the principle of achieving privacy. From this challenge came the overall layout and positioning of the villa on the site. The entrance and surrounding wings were arranged in a way that allows the remaining spaces to be oriented optimally, while ensuring maximum privacy for the living areas, the garden, and the swimming pool The design also enabled the integration of interior spaces with the surrounding greenery, in addition to achieving this internally through a central courtyard that connects the villa’s spaces.
