- This private villa in Al-Shorouk City features two identical floors, ground and first, each with 300 sqm, plus a basement covering the entire plot. Set on a 900 sqm corner lot, the villa is designed to maximize privacy and views of the Heliopolis Sporting Club to the north. The L-shaped layout surrounds a central garden and swimming pool, with main living spaces positioned to overlook these areas.
- The design emphasizes privacy with service areas, like kitchens and bathrooms, located along the southern façade, providing cross-ventilation and reducing unwanted odors. Materials include earthy tones, Hashma stone cladding, wooden handrails, and sustainable sand/cement-based paints. The design integrates passive principles to reduce energy consumption and hide MEP systems.
