- Medad developed the full architectural design for this short-stay medical center serving the growing district of Al Wakrah in Doha. The four-story facility was planned to align with the site boundaries while optimizing clinical flow, patient privacy, and accessibility.
- The massing follows a simple composition: a solid rectangular block with an internal courtyard housing most medical departments, and a transparent volume with vertical louvers facing the main street, which contains the clinics zone. A double-height main entrance leads to a central reception and waiting area with panoramic elevators and a direct view into the courtyard.
- To the right of the entry, the emergency and laboratory departments are placed beside the administration wing, which includes a private entrance. Radiology is positioned along the courtyard near the clinic zone, while upper levels house specialized clinics, including separate wellness facilities for men and women.
