Jayd Club House

As part of the final phase of the Jayd development in New Cairo, Medad collaborated with the Saudi Egyptian Real Estate Development Company to design new residential buildings along with a dedicated social club for the community.
The club’s layout was shaped in a distinctive U-configuration, maximizing frontage and exposure to natural light while offering open views across the landscaped grounds. Despite a limited footprint, the design creates a vibrant and multifunctional environment that brings together active and social spaces for residents.
The program includes a swimming pool, football pitch, multi-use court, squash courts, and a children’s playground, all framed by flowering gardens that enhance the experience of leisure and outdoor activity. The result is a well-balanced, integrated space that promotes wellness, community engagement, and a distinct identity for the project’s concluding phase.
