Ha’el Compound

  • Medad developed the schematic design for a large-scale mixed-use development in the city of Ha’il, envisioned as a socially driven project that integrates charitable, commercial, and residential components. Spanning 160,000 square meters, the master plan was organized into three distinct zones.
  • The charitable section includes a grand mosque accommodating up to 10,000 worshippers, a public library, a medical clinic, a Qur’an memorization school, and a multipurpose hall; forming a civic heart for the surrounding community.
  • The commercial section comprises a hotel, a cluster of hotel chalets, and specialized schools for hospitality and vocational training, establishing both economic opportunity and long-term service infrastructure.
  • A residential component is also planned and will be shaped upon completion of the final architectural program. Together, these elements form a holistic environment where cultural, spiritual, educational, and commercial life are interwoven into a unified, community-centered vision.
