- Located in New Cairo’s Golden Square on South 90th Street, Eterna Health Care City is a modern medical complex designed to deliver comprehensive health services in a tranquil yet accessible setting.
- Medad developed the re-design of the facades and provided site supervision for this multi-use healthcare hub, which consists of a hospital, private clinics, and various specialized medical facilities. The project spans four levels (basement, ground floor, and three stories) and offers dedicated access points for each function, improving circulation and patient experience.
- Only one-third of the 24,000 m² site was allocated to built structures, allowing more than 16,000 m² to be preserved for open green areas. These landscaped zones enhance the project’s healing environment and set it apart as a calm, patient-friendly destination in the heart of a busy city.
- Many of the clinics overlook the nearby Lake View compound, offering panoramic views that contribute to the serene, restorative atmosphere central to the project’s vision.
