- The project consists of two office wings connected by a central core, with a spacious rear zone designed for hardscape and landscape use. This outdoor area allows for flexible programming and can accommodate a variety of activities or events as needed.
- Each wing is equipped with independent service cores, including restrooms and fire escapes, giving the layout the flexibility to function as one continuous workspace or be subdivided into smaller independent units.
- The design emphasizes adaptability, daylight access, and functional circulation—offering a modern administrative environment that supports both individual tenants and full-floor occupants.
