- Medad created the schematic design for Bleu Vert, a mixed-use complex comprising residential and commercial spaces located in Egypt’s New Administrative Capital. Covering about 70 acres, the master plan encompasses residential buildings, villas, a social club, as well as commercial and administrative centers, forming an integrated, mixed-use neighborhood.
- Three distinct building typologies characterize the project, unified by a consistent vertical configuration of basement, ground floor, and seven typical floors atop. The variation lies in the built-up areas: Type E and F each occupy 900 sqm, while Type G occupies 410 sqm.
- The design prioritizes functionality, efficient circulation, and seamless integration with the larger urban fabric of the New Capital. The architectural language blends contemporary massing with clear structural logic, ensuring adaptability to evolving residential needs while maintaining visual coherence across the development.
