The challenge lies in the design of this project, which overlooks two streets on opposite sides, each at a different level, in a balanced collaboration with two different facades.
Based on this challenge, several alternatives were presented and numerous meetings were held via communication channels with the owner’s representatives to reach a solution that would satisfy the owner’s vision and the client’s vision.

The best location and elevation for the main shopping building were studied to provide easy access and exit for both visitors and their cars or goods, while emphasizing the dynamics and quality of the relationship with the surrounding streets and traffic patterns, in parallel with the best location for shops, allowing them a distinctive view and open outdoor spaces and pleasant garden elements within a framework of safety, natural ventilation, and the required shade.
