Medad won the design competition for this landmark project, organized by Mawten Real Estate Development in 2014. Located along the Jeddah–Makkah Highway, opposite Al Hijaz Mall and near the Masar development, the project occupies a 6,580 sqm site in the Al-Rusaifah district, with full views of the Third Ring Road and direct proximity to the Haramain High-Speed Railway station.

Medad developed the design for a high-rise, mixed-use complex consisting of two towers rising 27 stories each. Together, they will accommodate 949 residential units of varying sizes, complemented by three levels of  commercial space. With its prominent location and diverse program, the project is envisioned as a contemporary urban hub that integrates hospitality, residential living, and retail within a unified vertical community.
