Projects Coordinator

Responsibilities:
  • Assist in planning, scheduling, and monitoring project progress to ensure timely completion.
  • Coordinate communication between project teams, clients, and stakeholders.
  • Maintain and update project documents, reports, contracts, and invoices.
  • Track timelines, and deliverables using spreadsheets and project management tools.
  • Attend meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items. • Support in organizing design review meetings and workshops.
  • Assist in identifying third-party requirements and coordinating with the technical team.
  • Ensure project documentation is accurate and up to date.
  • Prepare periodic reports and support in project closure documentation.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Project. • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent Arabic and English language skills (written & spoken).
