Part of Eng. Hussein Assaad’s visit to LMD Real Estate Development Company’s project site. This comes within the cooperation agreement signed between Medad and LMD Real Estate Development Company, under which Medad acts as the consulting and technical support office for all LMD projects. Medad provides technical support for general site works, architectural works, interior design works, design efficiency studies and evaluation, quality control, cost analysis, and cost control, as well as achieving value engineering principles and sustainability foundations. During this period, Medad has provided support to a number of projects located in the One Ninety area, including the Urban Park project and the Cairo Design District project. Furthermore, an additional cooperation agreement was signed to include the W Cairo Hotel project, consisting of 317 hotel rooms, and the Zoya Hotel project, consisting of 286 hotel rooms.
