- We are looking for a proactive Business Development and Market Research Specialist to join our growing team in the architectural & engineering consultancy field.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth market research to identify new opportunities.
- Analyze competitors, clients, and industry trends to support strategic decisions.
- Track international architectural and design competitions relevant to the firm’s expertise.
- Develop business development strategies, partnerships, and proposals.
- Support outreach to clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Coordinate digital marketing activities (LinkedIn, website, social media campaigns).
- Provide regular reports and actionable insights to management.
- Requirements:
- Proven experience in Business Development and Market Research (preferably in Architecture/Construction industry).
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Familiarity with international markets and competitions is a plus.
- Experience in digital marketing tools and strategies.
- Ability to work independently and deliver actionable insights.
