Private Villa, Orabi Association – 1

  • The design of this private residence incorporates an intricate fabric of architectural forms and orientations, creating a dynamic relationship between spaces. The entrance is aligned to the north, creating a clear boundary between the entry courtyard and the garden.
  • Located on a plot of land within the Arabi Association, near the Cairo-Ismailia Road, the residence features a ground floor with a garden and a first floor with a built-up area of 1,000 sqm, in addition to open spaces and gardens.
  • The architect sought to integrate nature within the home by subtly shifting the boundaries of the building mass, orienting each space to offer the best possible view of the garden. The design includes a welcoming entrance court, framed by planting elements, and a linear path leading toward the garden, ensuring seamless movement between indoor and outdoor spaces.
  • The upper-level prayer room is connected to an external space, reinforcing the design’s contemplative and serene atmosphere. Vertical circulation is marked by a distinctive staircase, adding a strong visual identity to the home. Additionally, a separate service courtyard enhances privacy for the residents.
