- In collaboration with Medad Consultant Engineers, the Saudi Egyptian Real Estate Development Company designed the final phase of the Jayd Residential Complex, consisting of 22 buildings and a distinctive social club. This phase aims to offer a more dynamic and distinguished quality compared to previous phases, enhancing both functionality and aesthetic appeal.
- The design of the social club is anchored around a distinctive “U” shape, allowing for expansive views along the outer facade while maximizing natural sunlight within the space. This configuration not only improves the visual experience but also optimizes the club’s connection to the surrounding environment.
- The club is designed to accommodate a variety of recreational activities, with spaces dedicated to a swimming pool, football field, multipurpose sports court, squash courts, and a children’s playground. These facilities are framed by beautifully landscaped gardens, enriching the quality of life for the residents and fostering community engagement.
- This phase’s thoughtful design elevates the overall living experience by integrating leisure, functionality, and aesthetic harmony.
