As part of the urban development boom across the Arab world—driven by growing architectural awareness and intensified competition in the real estate market—we began developing the façade design of a residential building located in the Al Olaya district of Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The project aims to meet the demand for housing that is both affordable and distinguished in quality.

To achieve this, three perspective design alternatives were presented, all featuring a contemporary architectural style but differing in budget, color schemes, and innovative façade treatments. Each option offered varying levels of modification—ranging from maintaining certain design elements, to comprehensive redesigns, to balanced intermediate solutions.

Additionally, the entrance courtyard was designed to include green areas, palm trees, and wooden-metal canopies, enhancing the overall site quality and providing outdoor communal spaces for the building’s residents.
