The ground floor includes an internal hall, seating areas, a closed women’s council, a main kitchen (with both open and closed sections), a servants’ area, laundry rooms, and a closed swimming pool with a glass facade.
The first floor features five individual sleeping suites for boys, a small hall, and an office. The roof floor is dedicated to a master bedroom suite, a private office, and a front-facing terrace.
The guest suite is designed with a men’s council, bathrooms, a kitchen, and a private entrance. The dining hall is accompanied by bathrooms, with a separate entrance leading to two apartments on the first floor and annex, which can be accessed externally or via the main villa.
The basement provides parking for five cars, a games hall, and two rooms for the guard and driver.
