Private Villa, Orabi Association – 2

  • The design of this private residence focuses on optimizing privacy and connecting interior spaces with the surrounding natural environment. The home is divided into distinct zones: hospitality, living areas, sleeping quarters, and service spaces, each with its own private garden, ensuring functional separation while maintaining accessibility.
  • The residence is connected to a central public garden that serves all buildings on the plot, which includes two other residences, offering a shared green space for the family.
  • Key design elements prioritize environmental comfort, with careful orientation to reduce heat gain and enhance natural airflow. The façade includes a welcoming entrance, and a distinctive wall separates the entry courtyard from the main garden.
  • The centrally located prayer room is oriented towards the Qibla and positioned near the children’s living areas for added security. The design seamlessly integrates the outdoor garden into the home’s living spaces, creating a continuous connection with nature. The master bedroom faces north, and the main living area extends toward the garden, reinforcing privacy and enhancing spatial quality.
