- As part of the development of the main front façades along the primary axes of 6th of October City, we developed this design for Features for New and Renewable Energy Systems, for the plot located in front of the Egyptian Shooting Club, facing Gamal Abdel Nasser Axis in 6th of October City.
- The development philosophy is based on combining recreational activities with an investment-oriented approach to encourage businessmen to participate in this initiative through temporary buildings, gardens, and a continuous promenade.
- Accordingly, the project — which consists of three land plots — was designed to integrate harmoniously with the surrounding activities in terms of their nature, noise levels, and required privacy. Restaurants and shops were placed in the section facing the utilities area, which does not require privacy, with a green buffer separating the project from that zone.
- Meanwhile, services such as the gym, pharmacy, car showroom, flower shop, library, and café were located in the part facing the villa compound, as these are quieter and more beneficial to the residential area.
- The final section, facing the Shooting Club, was utilized for cafés and retail shops that can benefit from their prime location opposite the club.
- It is worth noting that the three plots are connected by a pedestrian walkway and a continuous cycling path running along Gamal Abdel Nasser Road, passing through the project and extending on both sides, encouraging citizens to engage in sports and leisure activities.
