- Located on a 2,760 m² site in Riyadh, this project involved the re-design and functional conversion of an existing commercial and administrative building into a private hospital. The total built-up area spans over 5,000 m² across five levels, including a basement and upper annex.
- The scope focused on developing new engineering and architectural layouts to meet medical facility standards. Internal zoning was restructured to accommodate specialized departments while optimizing vertical circulation and service flow.
- The revised design introduced clear spatial hierarchies, improved patient and staff circulation paths, and ensured flexibility for clinical expansion. The result is a transformed healthcare facility that meets both operational requirements and user needs within a previously commercial footprint.
