- Set on a 902,000 sqm plot, this large-scale development was designed to accommodate 28,200 workers across six integrated neighborhoods. Each neighborhood, or Single Residential Facility (SRF), houses up to 4,700 residents and is supported by a full suite of services to ensure a shelter that portrays a holistic residential environment.
- In addition to worker housing, it includes dedicated living quarters for managers and supervisors, along with shared amenities such as dining halls, medical clinics, recreational zones, retail spaces, and sports facilities.
- Planning is focused on organization, clarity of circulation, and equitable access to services, while the architectural strategy emphasizes modularity and efficiency without sacrificing human scale. The goal was to create a safe, structured, and dignified living environment that balances density with comfort and addresses the full spectrum of daily needs for residents.
