ARABIAN CO. FOR MANUFACTURING OF MODERN BUILDING MATERIALS – SAVETO

Saveto is one of the leading companies in the field of producing exterior and interior finishing materials, with its headquarters in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. When the company decided to establish its first factory in the Arab Republic of Egypt, it entrusted us with this task. A plot of land measuring approximately 14,000 square meters was selected in 10th of Ramadan City. The most important element of the project is the 42-meter-high steel tower, which contains the main silos. The manufacturing process relies on gravity for mixing and preparation, which was considered advanced technology at that time. As a result, this tower was constructed, becoming the tallest building in 10th of Ramadan City at the time.
The remaining project components including the administrative building, prayer hall, and staff cafeteria were designed with a high degree of dynamism and architectural expression. This allowed the use of the company’s own products to be showcased, demonstrating their quality directly on the buildings.
The external fence was designed with varying dimensions and interwoven patterns, serving as a “color palette” for the company’s products.
