- A building that speaks the language of science — the headquarters of APEX Pharma emerges as a physical expression of the company’s work in pharmaceuticals and medical innovation. The design navigates the tension between transparency and control, clarity and complexity. A fully glazed façade invites daylight deep into the structure, fostering openness and energy efficiency, while an envelope of sun-breakers shields the interior from harsh solar exposure.
- The sunscreen facade is not arbitrary. Its geometry draws inspiration from molecular structures, echoing the precision and interconnectedness found in chemical compounds, a subtle yet deliberate nod to the scientific processes that define APEX Pharma.
- Set within the administrative heart of New Cairo, the building spans 6,800 square meters across five levels. Its presence is understated yet purposeful, composed of clean lines, restrained materials, and an architectural rhythm that balances form and function.
