The park office building was one of the first office buildings at Ras Al-Khaimah with that scale, Overlooking water front area. The formation was established by main element, entrance, the glass wall, the marble walls and the corner. Mainly the two marble walls are considered as the strong edges that carries and contain the other elements and are separated by continuous curtain wall and horizontal concrete beams. The ground floor has bigger openings for show and meeting rooms in addition to reception & foyer.
