To afford a residential project that serves the wide urban and housing extension of Doha, this complex considered one of the projects that could support that issue. Considering the multicultural of the residents of Doha, the design was inspired by the modern international style compound with some local oriental features such as, natural stones, patterned screens, decorative motifs and variable skylight. The building also offered various apartments type ranging from 1 bedroom to 3 bedrooms apartments, associated with shaded swimming pool and parking area, business center and Gym. Landscape features meant to be designed according to district regulations that complete the distinctive image of the City without ignoring water saving trends.
