F07 Admin Building – Qatar

Al-Shareef Enterprises Headquarters is located in Lusail, Qatar, and is part of Al Shareef Holding. The headquarters building, planned for Energy City plot F07, is designed as a center for business and is surrounded by roads on multiple sides, overlooking a green area. Al Shareef Holding, which includes Al Shareef Enterprises, is a prominent Qatari business group established in 2005.
In the area of the Energy City , Doha an administrative district, Our building has an open view from two streets, the main corner facing north and a planted square, That supply the project with an interesting view. The main goal of the design is to separate the offices space from the CEO wing. That was achieved by creating to masses with two entrances surrounded by landscape. The solid one represents the offices space and the transparent mass represents the CEO department. Those two masses separated by dynamic void which contains a link connecting the two parts giving a shaded area that improves the air movement through the project
