Project Description

Full design of 10 villas of 4900 m2 total built up area + landscape and swimming pools of 6000 m2 land area.

The Location

The resort overlooks the north coast, and connected to Alex. -  Marsa matrouh desert road by a side road

The total area 6000m2 the resort has 10 blocks on 26%, plus 74%  of open green areas, and swimming pools.

The Design Concept:-

The small area of the resort has created the idea of building the units on the External Boundaries to maximize the area & number of units within the heart of the resort (the idea of Arab housing).

All units can see the main green area of the resort, and the open spaces.

Most of the units can see the coast.

Each unit has its privacy through the open courtyard towards the heart of the resort.

The staircase of each unit is a landmark which distinguishes the resort.

Achieving the optimum security rate by making reaching all units from outside the location.

Giving the resort special character by using wood elements in the design of the units.
