Souq Al-Haraj a market for used goods at a new district at the south of Doha beside the built project of Barwa village, a 35,000m2 land area, surrounded by 3 streets and neighbor on the north west side.

- The project covered area is divided into 6 main compartments:
- Shops 50m2 each.
- Furniture stores.
- Food outlets.
- Mosque.
- Mazed plaza.
- 60 offices 125 m2 each.

The concept of the project is to provide the maximum rentable area without ignoring ease of circulation for pedestrians or vehicles

The activities is distributed as the furniture store on the neighbor facing edge, the mosque on the north east corner, Mazed Plaza in the center, and specialized shops at the corner and entrances.

The project is controlled by a main entrances linked be (L) shop street with 97 parking slots, beside 2 entrances for the offices and 3 pedestrian approaches.

Each unit is equipped with a toilet & a storage and mezzanine floor except the units with above office in the first floor, which are connected with links at the entrances of the walkways in the ground floor.

The project is supported with 54 light structure kiosks distributed through the pedestrian access, In addition to a basement, allowing parking area for 683 cars.

We designed the project according to GSAS 3 stars rated category.

On site the project is under construction starting with the excavation stage.
