• Scope of work: Full Design, site supervision 
• Location: New Cairo, Egypt
• Site Area: 4,200m²
• Number of stories: 2 Basement, ground and 6 Stories
• Total built area: 15,400m²

That was one of the first buildings established in the central administrative area of new Cairo, Located above a corner plot overlooking the main road 90 And a public garden at the backside, That gives the project open wide view. The main approach of the building forms an open courtyard as a green entrance edged by a waterfall and leading to the main Lobby which separate the offices into two main areas connected by services and circulation elements. The facades are covered with local treated marble and granite to increase sustainability and reach the quality of the external skin, also using the entrance as a shaded area to raise air and light quality in the southern main elevation.
